The dorm mates are very nice and quiet, the kitchen is barely used and the toilets are cleaned twice a week.
Heating costs extra if used. (I have never had to use it because wooden insulation + standard duvet is enough for me.)
The dorm is located in the heart of the city 10 minutes walk from the station and less than 15 minutes on bike to most university campus.
