By bike campus HoWest and UGent campus Kortrijk at 7 min, Vibes campus at 13 min and KUL campus Kortrijk at 11 min.
Private bathroom (toilet, shower, washbasin). Room fully furnished (desk, wardrobe, cupboard with fridge, bed (mattress not included, size 80x200).

The room has two large windows with plenty of light. There is individual internet connection (subscription and router to be provided by the student for the benefit of cybersecurity).

The walls are equipped with hanging system for photos and frames.

There is a spacious communal kitchen (with separate toilet) on the ground floor with ample storage space for kitchen utensils (own cooking pots, crockery, cutlery,...), food, three fridges and freezer, two combi-oven/microwaves, as well as an extra storage room, rubbish room and two bike sheds (inside building).

There is also a spacious courtyard garden.

Monthly rent is euro 495.- + 100 euro provision fixed costs.
