This room is part of a new student residence with 11 rooms located in the heart of Kortrijk close to the station, the Grote Markt and the campuses of Howest (incl. DAE) and Ghent University.
The room is fully furnished and equipped with private sanitary facilities, WiFi, internet connection, energy-efficient underfloor heating, refrigerator, (vinyl) parquet floor, curtains and individual counters. It has a double Velux window at the back, the east side, and a large double window at the front, which faces the west side, the (quiet) street side. The room has a mezzanine and has a surface is 35 m2 on the floor, and 25 m2 at a height of 1m80.
There is also a fully equipped communal kitchen, a bicycle shed and a courtyard.
For electricity, heating, water, and internet, we work with an advance payment of €85 rather than a fixed fee. In the first semester of the first rental year (Sep '24 - Feb '25), the average actual cost was €62 (min. €39, max. €80). The difference is settled annually. If the cost is below €85, the difference will be refunded.
