This studio is only 5 minutes from the station, school Howest and Vives, AZ Sint-Jan and 30m from the bus stop to the station, Vives,. ... Within walking distance is a Carrefour, bakery, butcher, pharmacist, doctor, laundry, bicycle repair shop, ... and a lovely parc where you can study or relax.

The studio has a groundfloor surface of 20 m² and a spacious mezzanine of 10 m² and is equipped with: desk with 2 chairs, bookshelf, sitting area, wardrobe, bed with mattress on the mezzanine, own kitchenette with sink, hob, fridge and own bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet.
General facilities: central heating, hot and cold water, TV connection, wireless internet, extra insulating glazing, safe bicycle storage in the garage and a large waste storage area.
We also live in the building, so we can help you with small or big questions or problems, in case of emergency, or to learn to drive a car ;-)
Price: 365 € / month (including fire insurance and cleaning of the common areas). The energy is calculated with separate counters per studio.
The studios are available from September 2023.
