Alphastudent is a cosy student house with 15 studios. In the heart of the project is a communal cosy kitchen where you can meet your fellow students, but each studio also has its own kitchenette and a private bathroom and toilet.
In studio 12 you have the luxury to enjoy a terrace just in front of your living room. It is located under the roof of the upper floor. So you are sheltered from the rain.
The decoration depicted is only an idea. Other suggestions can be found in the similar flats 11,13 and 14. Desk, office chair and floating shelves are part of the permanent furniture. The rest is an example of how students have decorated it very tastefully and design. Need a small bar table or low rack? We discuss it when you move in. After all, every student has his or her own taste, so the decoration is very personal, from cosy to rural, trendy or design. The fixed elements integrate into almost every style of furnishing.

• Separate bedroom with 2 single beds of 80x200cm, which you can switch to one double bed. (mattress not included) The bedroom has a high narrow window for extra ventilation and as an escape route.
• Large double sliding-door wardrobe
• Kitchenette with sink, 4 burner hob, extractor hood, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment
• Living room with desk and office chair (for use by 2 students, 2 desks and 2 chairs may be provided)
This flat is located on the ground floor in the building at the rear of the building.
