This student room becomes available from 1st February 2027 onwards.
The student house is small-scale, with three student rooms on the upper floors and a flat on the ground floor.
The three student rooms are fully furnished with a desk, bookcase, clothes rack, bed (including mattress), bedside table, spare chair and washbasin with hot and cold water.
The fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, featuring a combined shower/bath and toilet, are shared between the three students.
This small-scale set-up creates a cosy and friendly atmosphere.

For the 2026–2027 academic year, only one of our three student rooms is still available.

The property is within walking distance of the Howest main building and Kortrijk station.
Colruyt, Lidl and Delhaize are also within walking distance for shopping.
Despite the property’s central location, it remains very quiet inside thanks to the excellent acoustic insulation in the rooms.

Energy consumption is low thanks to energy-efficient improvements such as a condensing boiler, double glazing, wall and roof insulation, solar panels and a battery.
Even in hot summer weather, the insulation ensures the interior remains sufficiently cool.
Energy consumption is included in the total rent. After all, we count on our students to use energy sparingly.

Both wired and wireless internet connections are available.

The communal entrance hall, stairwell, kitchen and bathroom are cleaned every two weeks.
The students are responsible for keeping their own rooms clean.
Halfway through the academic year and at the end of the academic year, a thorough clean is carried out, including the students’ rooms.

Household waste is collected weekly from the communal kitchen, thereby preventing any unpleasant odours.
The duration of the tenancy agreement is negotiable; we ask that you vacate the room by 15 July, so that we can carry out a thorough clean of the property, including the student rooms, by 15 August.

The City of Kortrijk has awarded the property housing the student rooms the highest possible quality rating of 3 stars.
