The cool room is fantastically located near Howest/Ugent and the station, in other words centrally located and consists of 5 rooms on 3 floors and a studio. The room that becomes available is 14m2 and costs 410 euros/month (360 euros + 50 euros for egw). There are no extra costs/no final bill for internet, water, garbage bags, toilet paper, heating, electricity or cleaning service. The rental price is all inclusive. There is only 50 euros per year for insurance. The common areas are cleaned weekly (except in July-August once a month). The room is in accordance with the fire brigade and the City of Kortrijk and therefore meets all safety regulations.
